Today's Run: 10 Miles by Lake Natoma

Powered by Jolly Ranchers and water, I spent the morning running near Lake Natoma in Folsom. Ended up running 10 miles, averaging a 9:51 pace. See below for stats and photos. 

I'm experimenting with the format for these blog entries. "Today's Run" entries will be short and sweet, consisting primarily of photos, stats, and what I'm listening to (if anything). Other blog entries will be longer and essay-like in nature.
